Formulating for our customers

Each of our customers has a dedicated Luzenac advisor who can work directly with them on their formulations. Existing formulations are improved, rendered more cost-effective or replaced by advanced solutions containing Luzenac talc. Every year, Luzenac carries out more than two hundred formulation studies at our laboratories in Denver, Gent, Graz, Toulouse and Singapore, helping customers to achieve their performance objectives whilst saving them valuable time.

Improving our customers' processes

Our process engineers can study your production processes to ensure best use and handling of our talcs in your system, e.g. for the paper industry our engineering department provides technical support in designing and installing talc dispersion units for simple, clean and reliable handling.

Delivering the goods

Luzenac is the only talc producing group with a sales network dedicated exclusively to talc. Our industry-specific sales teams ensure day-to-day back-up, providing customers with their experience and in-depth knowledge of talc.

Our sales administrators organize the optimum transport, warehousing and product delivery form. With over 30 production sites worldwide, our customers benefit from optimized logistics and costs.
