Luzenac response to Tsunami disaster in Asia

Following the tsunami disasters that hit South-East Asia last week, Luzenac has decided to donate 25,000 euros on behalf of all its employees to support relief work in the area.

The sum will be divided between UNICEF, the U.N. agency dedicated to the health and protection of children around the world, and ‘Médecins sans Frontières’.

Fortunately, none of our staff based in Asia have been affected by the disaster, and all employees who were holidaying in the area at the time have been accounted for.

Our thoughts are with all those who have suffered loss and who will continue to face a difficult future as a result of this terrible occurrence.
